for travelers to areas that have Hepatitis A and
individuals who may become exposed to contaminated

-- once in a lifetime after age 65 |

CHILDREN
Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian. Parents must bring the child's immunization
record with them. Walk-In Clinics are held every 1st and
3rd Thursday of the month from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at the
Chouteau County Health Department office. No appointment
is needed.
No one will be
denied immunizations due to the inability to pay.
It is recommended that you take your child to be
vaccinated at the following times.

months - Pediarix, Hib, Prevnar, Roto
4 months - Pediarix, Hib, Prevnar, Roto
6 months - Pediarix, Prevnar, Roto, Hib
12-18 months - Hib, Dtap, MMR, Varicella, Hep A
24 months - Hepatitis A
4-5 years - Dtap, Polio, MMR,Varicella
11-12 years - Td Booster, Tdap Booster,
Meningococcal, Gardasil
Annual flu vaccine for children 6 mos. and older
every fall.

Clinics are offered the first Thursday of
February, April, June, August, October and
December, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The
clinic is held in the basement of the Big Sandy
Hospital.
