News and Announcements News and announcements about current health concerns and programs including Seasonal Flu, H1N1  FLU, Pregnancy / Breast feeding and the Flu/vaccine, Salmonella, Meningitis, Lice, Flu and Norovirus.

WIC  -  The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children - better known as the WIC Program - serves to safeguard the health of low-income women, infants & children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating and referrals to health care.

Immunizations - Immunizations are offered to both adults and children by the Chouteau County Health Dept.

Communicable Diseases - The Communicable Diseases Program focuses on the prevention and control of communicable diseases in the county.

Emergency Preparedness - We provide community education and support for emergency preparedness. Find useful guidelines for getting your family and community ready for emergencies. 

Family Planning - We offer confidential services to all women of childbearing age. Our services include counseling, pregnancy testing, birth control options, and prenatal classes.

Community Health Programs - We offer new mom and baby visits, breastfeeding help, foot clinics, flu clinics, and school screenings.

Community Projects - We offer a tobacco coalition program, disaster preparedness planning, health fair. 

Chouteau County Cancer Support Group - We are here for you....because we all know someone who has been affected by cancer....our hope is to help.

Tobacco Use Prevention Program - Our goal is to reduce disease, disability, and death related to tobacco use.

Violence Prevention - Information for all aspects of domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, elder abuse, stalking, and many other areas and topics relating to different areas of abuse.
